Our Hamilton site, which is situated within Cadzow Industrial Estate, is now the base for all our operations including Shot blasting and Painting facility. At our Hamilton site we have our Office accommodation (1,800 sq ft), Production Welfare facilities (600 sq ft), Stores and Fabrication Workshop (15,000 sq ft), Drilling/Machining Area (2,100 sq ft), Shot blast and Painting Area (2,300 sq ft) and Storage Yard Area (6,200 sq ft plus additional storage area of up to 60,000 sq ft when required). Our Offices accommodate our Quality, Materials and Purchasing, Design, Draughting, Production Engineering, Accounts and Administration processes as well as provide working space for clients’ representatives and inspectors when required. Our Stores and Fabrication workshop are serviced by 2 off – 10 Tonne Overhead Cranes (6.5mtr lift height) as well as various Pedestal Jib Cranes and Forklift trucks. This workshop incorporates CNC Burning, 4.2mtr Brake Press, Rolling, Punching as well as various types of Welding Equipment. |

Our Drilling/Machining area is serviced by 1 off – 5 Tonne Overhead Crane (4.3mtr lift height) and again with Pedestal Jib Cranes and Forklift trucks. This area incorporates Radial Arm Drilling, Turning and Milling as well us some light Fabrication and Welding equipment.
Our Shot blast and Paint area is serviced by 1 off – 5 Tonne Overhead Crane (4.3mtr lift height) and again with Pedestal Jib Cranes and Forklift trucks. This area incorporates Paint Store and Mixing Room, Solvent Recovery System, 7.5m x 4.5m x 3.2m shot Blast Chamber and 3 off – Paint Extraction Booths.
Our Storage Yard is serviced by Forklift trucks and incorporates various racks and stilages for raw material unloading and storage.
